This policy covers the website clubcain.com. The Clubcain app at app.clubcain.com is not open yet. It will get its own, fuller privacy policy before it opens.

clubcain.com is responsible for the data described here. Write to hello@clubcain.com with any question about your data.
When you visit the site
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request.
Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. Fonts and images load from clubcain.com itself.
The live demo and the colour lab run entirely in your browser. Nothing you pick there is sent to us.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they found us, which device and browser they use, and roughly where they are (country and city). It helps us decide what to improve. We do not use it for advertising.
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_W2FGBMVN9N) that recognise your browser on later visits. The data goes to Google, which processes it on our behalf. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. We do not combine the data with anything else we know about you, and we do not send it your name or email address.
You can stop it at any time: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Google’s privacy policy explains how Google handles the data.
When you send a form
When you request a demo or ask about another sport, we receive what you enter: your email address and, depending on the form, your club, your role, your sport, your club or league and your message.
We use this only to reply to you and to decide which clubs and sports to support next. We do not sell it and do not pass it on to anyone for their own purposes. We delete it once we no longer need it, at the latest 24 months after your last contact with us.
When you email us
Email to hello@clubcain.com is forwarded to our inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. We use your message only to answer it.
Data outside Switzerland
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. Their privacy policies (Cloudflare, Google) explain how they protect that data.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@clubcain.com. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We update this policy when the site changes, and before the app opens. The date at the top shows the latest version.
